Mandate

I/We authorise Crazyweb to issue payment instructions to my/our bank for collection against the account detailed above (or any account to which I/We may transfer), commencing on the commencement date and continuing until terminated by me/us with no less than 30 calendar days' written notice. Each instruction is issued on the agreed monthly date; if that day falls on a weekend or South African public holiday, collection moves to the previous working day. If funds are insufficient, Crazyweb may track the account and re-present the instruction once funds are available.

Cancellation

I/We may cancel this authority and mandate, but doing so does not cancel the underlying agreement. I/We are not entitled to a refund of amounts lawfully withdrawn while this authority was in force.

Assignment

This authority may be ceded or assigned to a third party only if the agreement is also ceded or assigned to that party; otherwise it cannot be assigned.

Equipment

Any equipment supplied by Crazyweb or the fibre network operator remains their property and may be recovered on cancellation of the subscription.
